She graduated in Law from Aristotelion, University of Thessaloniki, Greece in 1998. She then completed one year’s pupilage as a trainee lawyer and having passed the Cyprus Bar Council Association exams she is a Member of the Limassol Bar Association. Since 1999 she is practicing law as an advocate at K.C. Saveriades& Co. LLC. She is practicing various aspects of Civil Law and especially aspects involving Banking and Finance disputes, Hire Purchase agreements, Bankruptcy and insolvency Law and Debt collection claims. She is advising and drafting legal opinions to clients on various aspects of Civil Law, Contract Law, Real Estate procedures and Immigration Law. She is drafting pleadings concerning Banking matters and she institutes legal proceedings for Banking Organizations in various issues relating to Banking matters. She negotiated settlements of civil disputes and appeared and conducted hearings on behalf of Banking Organizations and other Financial Institutions before the District Courts of Cyprus as well as before the Supreme Court of Cyprus with success. She is also engaged in cases involving Family Law matters such as divorces, separation agreements, custody disputes, injunctive relief, maintenance and property disputes and other ancillary matters.
